These terms and conditions are applicable to any tours booked through the Arabiers Georgia website, owned and operated by the travel brand Arabiers UAE, which has several licenses and has registered its trademark in three different countries. Arabiers Georgia was launched to help visitors to Georgia with extremely useful guides and book tours to Georgia.
These terms and conditions govern the contract between Arabiers Georgia and you. When you book a tour with Arabiers Georgia, you agree to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Before you book a tour with Arabiers Georgia, please read these terms and conditions carefully.
If you confirm a booking for a tour that includes more than one client, you are considered on behalf of all clients included in the booking to have agreed to these terms and conditions, even if they are minors or have a disability. As a result, all clients in that group agree to these terms and conditions. The customer who confirmed the reservation is the main point of contact for all the other customers who were also part of that booking.
When you book a tour with Arabiers Georgia, we do not require full payment at the booking time to reserve the tour.
On the day of travel, before the tour begins, you must make full payment for the tour. Guests have the option to reserve now and pay when they arrive. All payments are final and non-refundable, excluding force majeure.
When the customer sends a request to book and Arabiers Georgia sends written confirmation to the customer, the booking is considered confirmed, and these terms and conditions apply.
Arabiers Georgia can only confirm a reservation if the person making it is at least 18 years old and agrees to give all of the full, complete, and correct information that Arabiers Georgia asks for. Any customer who confirms a reservation for a tour where more than one customer is named and booked shows and guarantees to Arabiers Georgia the following:
Agents can cancel their reservation by informing Arabiers Georgia. The applicable cancellation fees will be based on the date that Arabiers Georgia receives your request to cancel.
Arabiers Georgia doesn't offer travel insurance to its clients. They must get insurance from their home country that meets the minimum requirements for medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage before booking a trip with Arabiers, Georgia. Also, the client's insurance must cover personal injuries and medical costs coming out of the blue.
It is highly recommended that clients extend their coverage to include cancellation and any other costs resulting from loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience. it is something that the client's extended coverage would cover. Insurance coverage for the customer is not included in the tour price and must be paid for separately.
When a person buys travel insurance, it is their job to tell the insurance company about the trip that will be taken. This makes it possible for the insurance company to offer full coverage for the trip, including participation in any tours that apply./p>
The client agrees that during an Arabiers Georgia trip, other clients, Arabiers Georgia representatives, or tour guides may take pictures, videos, or photos that include or feature the client in whole or in part.
the client agrees that these images, photos, and videos can be taken with their permission and gives Arabiers Georgia and its affiliates and assigns a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use the images, photos, and videos for any purpose, including marketing and promotion, in any medium, now known or yet to be invented, with no further liability to the client or payment of compensation to the client.
Arabiers Georgia can change these terms and conditions anytime, and the new terms will be posted on the Arabiers Georgia website. Any amendments will take effect 10 days after they are posted on the website.
At the end of ten days, after the new terms and conditions are posted on the Arabiers Georgia website, customers will be considered to have agreed to any changes that may have been made.
Before going on a trip, Arabiers Georgia strongly recommends that every customer read the terms and conditions to get familiar with the most up-to-date version of these policies.
When booking a tour with Arabiers Georgia, each customer must be honest about any relevant medical information that has been asked for. Customers are responsible for determining if they are good candidates for a tour with us and if they can go on one.
Before making a decision, each customer should talk to their doctor about whether or not they can go on the booked tour. When a client books a trip with Arabiers, Georgia, the company encourages them to talk to their doctors about any vaccines, medical precautions, or other health problems they may have for the duration of their trip. Arabiers Georgia does not provide medical advice.
Arabiers Georgia will do everything it can to meet the special needs of its clients. This includes, but is not limited to, requests about dietary and accommodation. But these requests aren't part of the terms and conditions or the contract between the client and Arabiers Georgia, and Arabiers Georgia is only responsible if they are met.
Arabiers Georgia ensures that all tours for which a customer has made a reservation leave at the scheduled time (amenable to adjustments in an itinerary that are both reasonable and necessary).
Brochures and other printed materials with tour information and departure dates are not guaranteed to be correct and are subject to change. Those dates don't count toward this guarantee. After getting a confirmed booking from at least one customer, a departure will be considered to be guaranteed. This promise doesn't mean anything if something happens that we can't stop.
if Arabiers Georgia cancels a tour before the agreed-upon departure date for reasons that aren't due to "force majeure," the client's fault or negligence, or aren't out of the client's control, the client has the option of:
Arabiers Georgia is not responsible for any extra costs or losses the client might have had to pay because the booking was canceled. This includes visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or trains, non-refundable car parking or other fees, earnings loss, enjoyment, etc. Arabiers Georgia will not pay any of these losses back to the client. Arabiers Georgia has the right, but not the obligation, to give the customer a full refund instead of any of the above options.
If, after the tours have started, a key part of the tours can't be given in the way that was planned, Arabiers Georgia will make the necessary changes to ensure the tours go as planned.
If it's not possible to find a good replacement or if the client turns down good alternatives for good reasons, Arabiers Georgia will give the client a refund for any unused tour products or parts of tour products that were bought.
The client acknowledges that our trip products are inherently risky and adventurous and that there is a chance that their physical or mental health could be seriously hurt.
The client agrees that they have thought about the possible risks to their health and safety with adventure travel and are willing to accept those risks to the fullest extent allowed by law by booking this particular tour.
The client agrees to take all of these risks and not hold accountable Arabiers Georgia for any losses, damages, injuries, or death that result from the inherent risks of travel, including adventure travel, visiting wild and remote areas, and taking part in adventurous activities like those listed in the tour itineraries. This release goes into effect on the date that the client signs below.
The customer should expect that the hygiene, housing, and transportation standards in some places where the excursions occur will be lower than what they are used to in their home country or region.
The customer knows that going on the tour could risk them a fair amount. This is especially true if the tour includes strenuous activities, travel to inaccessible areas, high-altitude activities, or any other high-risk activities, or if it takes place in parts of Georgia that need more time to develop their infrastructure. The amount of personal risk and the nature of that risk will depend on the type of tour booked or the location(s) where the tour will take place.
The customer agrees that they have done their best to plan for and prepare themselves for any possible risks, dangers, and problems based on their abilities and needs. The customer also agrees to take full responsibility for all risks associated with traveling in such conditions.
The customer understands and agrees that Arabiers Georgia will do everything possible to help them with local customs, weather, special safety concerns, physical challenges, and laws that are in effect at any site where tours are given. But Arabiers Georgia will only be responsible for what the customer does if they act according to the information they were given.
The customer must follow all of Georgia's rules and regulations, as well as those of any other countries that may be visited on tour, at all times and in any situation. Arabiers Georgia can cancel a client's travel arrangements on any tour without being held responsible.
the client will not get a refund for unused or missed services if the client doesn't follow these rules, does something illegal while on tour, or, in Arabiers Georgia's reasonable opinion, acts in a way that puts others in danger, upsets them, or annoys them a lot. If this happens, the client won't be able to get any money back.
Clients agree that they are the only ones who will pay for any extra costs that Arabiers Georgia has to pay because of damage, destruction, theft or extra cleaning fees that the client caused or caused to happen while on vacation. Some of these costs could be:
clients understand that it is their responsibility to report any pre-existing damage of this kind as soon as they notice it to the facility staff, the transportation company, the hotel (depending on the situation), and/or an Arabiers Georgia presentative. The client understands and agrees they are solely responsible for their safety while riding any animal. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing safety equipment like seatbelts, harnesses, and helmets as directed and following all posted signs and warnings about their health and safety. This also means they must follow all posted signs and warnings about their health and safety.
Arabiers Georgia is not responsible to the client for death, physical harm, illness, harm, postponing, or other loss or harm to individual or property, or for either direct or indirect financial expenses incurred, or for Arabiers Georgia failing to start, perform or finish any duty owed to the client, if such death, delay, bodily injury (which include mental anguish or injury), illness, damage, or other loss or harm to person or property is caused by an act of god. violent protest, rebellion and government restriction, war, terrorist activities, civil uproars, labor problems, intrusion by authorities, political disturbance, however and wherever any of the above may occur or be caused, fire, extreme weather, or any other event that Arabiers Georgia or the vendor of services, despite all due care, could not have avoided.
